This rosary is a part of the Collection I created to celebrate Pentecost 2021. I used white jade to call to mind the white dove that symbolizes the Holy Spirit and the hope we have in Christ of being raised to him in heaven at our death. The gold represents purity and the Royalty of God that I was inspired of with the Three Wise Men gave their birthday gifts to Christ the King of kings. The red/orange of the Hessonite Garnet represents the flame of God. We can call to mind the flame of the burning bush as Moses went up Mt Nebu to speak with God and came down with the Ten Commandments. The flame of God that had kept back Pharoah and his army when Moses led the Jews out of Egypt through the Red Sea. Most importantly, for us in the New Covenant, we call to mind the descent of the Holy Spirit when God made it apparent to the Apostles that both Jew and Gentile alike were now one Church as the flame of the Holy Spirit rested above each head in Acts 10.
